Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang semakin pesat turut memperkaya dan memperluas wahana ilmu manajemen. Penemuan-penemuan baru dalam bentuk konsep-konsep, prinsip-prinsip, dan macam-macam prosedur ternyata sangat diperlukan untuk melaksanakan proses manajemen secara efektif. Untuk itu pula pengayaan teori dan praktek manajemen pada akhirnya tak dapat dihindari. Dengan demikian, setiap calon manajer dan para manajer yang telah sibuk dengan tugasnya akan merasa ketinggalan bila tidak mempelajari teori dan konsep-konsep baru tersebut, khususnya yang berkenaan dengan perilaku manusia yang terlihat dalam proses manajemen yang efektif. Dalam hal ini, diperlukan pengenalan dan pemahaman tentang tingkah laku manusia.
Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi tersebut terutama berpusat pada ilmu-ilmu perilaku, yang memandang manusia sebagai makhluk yang memiliki berbagai macam kemungkinan. Ilmu ini mempunyai latar belakang pada hukum probabilitas. Manusia bukan suatu mesin yang bersifat mekanis, melainkan memiliki motivasi, ambisi, aspirasi, kreativitas, dan berbagai macam potensi psikologis lainnya. Oleh karena itu, manusia bertingkah laku berdasarkan situasi yang menuntut fleksibilitas dan adaptif. Konsep dan teori psikologi ini mempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap ilmu manajemen dan praktek manajemen dalam setiap organisasi dan kelembagaan yang ada sekarang ini.

Meminta kenaikan gaji adalah bukan suatu solusi
Bisa dipastikan, hampir setiap tahun kita menonton tayangan demonstrasi buruh di televisi. Pada umumnya, tuntutan dari demonstrasi yang mereka lakukan adalah meminta kenaikan gaji dan perbaikan kesejahteraan. Untuk apa mereka meminta kenaikan gaji? Sangat jelas sekali, mereka meminta kenaikan gaji agar standar kehidupan mereka bisa meningkat. Mereka pikir, dengan kenaikan gaji yang mereka terima, mereka akan memiliki kehidupan yang lebih baik dan lebih makmur. Apakah betul begitu? Apakah benar dengan naiknya gaji, kehidupan mereka menjadi lebih makmur? Saya pikir hal tersebut tidak sepenuhnya benar. Setiap orang tentu saja ingin mempunyai kehidupan yang makmur dan menjadi orang kaya. Tapi, apa benar kehidupan yang makmur dan kaya bisa diraih melalui kenaikan gaji? Hal tersebut tentu saja salah. Agar menjadi orang yang makmur dan kaya, kita harus menjadi orang yang mandiri secara finansial, bukan dengan bergantung kepada orang lain. Meminta kenaikan gaji adalah suatu tanda bahwa kehidupan orang yang bersangkutan belum sepenuhnya mandiri. Mereka masih mengharapkan orang lain untuk mengatasi masalah finansial mereka. Mereka tidak mau berpikir secara mandiri untuk mendapatkan penghasilan lain yang akan menjadikan mereka sebagai orang kaya. Mereka hanya bisa merengek dan meminta belas kasihan orang lain.

Saturday night I was lonely. What I can do to spend time just watching my collection of Japanese AV. Having tired of watching Japanese AV Idol that I used to watch as Maria Ozawa, Reon Kadena, or Sora Aoi, I tried to look for other alternatives of AV Idol who also have a high quality of beauty. I found one name, that is Miyuki Kamiya. Her name was not so popular when compared to Maria Ozawa, but she has a beauty that is no less than Maria Ozawa. Miyuki Kamiya has a special beauty that is only possessed by herself. Every woman is different, has its own peculiarities. So also with Miyuki Kamiya. Her appearance in Japanese AV accordance with the quality of her beauty, is quite remarkable. I imagine, how happy I was if I could be her boyfriend.
